Automotive Engineering MSc, 120 cr, 2 years
The aim of the Automotive Engineering programme is to provide students with a system perspective of automotive vehicles and depth within three focus areas: power train, vehicle dynamics and safety.
Power train and vehicle dynamics are two essential disciplines in terms of understanding and designing the automotive vehicle system and its behaviour. The same applies to the field of safety, which is also a strong competence area at Chalmers; this brings a unique touch to the programme not found at many other universities.
Embedded Systems MSc, 120 cr, 2 years
Embedded Systems is the most common form of computer systems, i.e. those that are built into machines, devices and power and manufacturing plants, and are consequently often not perceived as a computer system.
The purpose of this Master's programme is to provide a broad education within Embedded Systems with the opportunity to specialize within the areas (Embedded Platforms, Embedded Software and Embedded Control) that cover theoretical as well as practical aspects of the development of products based on Embedded Systems. Special emphasis is placed on engineering skills, integration of software and hardware, system design, integration and verification and the management of the design process.
Wireless Communications, MSc, 120 cr, 2 years
The Master's programme in Wireless Communication is one of the most popular Master's programmes at Lund University and the most popular wireless communication programme in Sweden. Lund University has excellent resources in the area of wireless communication, both in terms of state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and of lecturers who are often world leading researchers in the field. We are convinced that research and good education go hand in hand. The experience from research naturally influences the quality and content of the courses and vice versa.
